Warranty coverage depends on the service, component and fault confirmed. Applicable conditions are explained before work proceeds.
Section 2
Eligible repairs are covered for the period and scope confirmed at the time of repair. Bench testing and the original reported fault inform the assessment.
Section 3
Water damage, liquid ingress, external tampering, intermittent faults, customer-supplied units and third-party work may affect warranty assessment.
Section 4
A diagnostic result is not a guarantee that every intermittent or progressive fault will be reproduced during inspection. Further testing may be required.
Section 5
Warranty claims are assessed against the original scope of work, reported symptoms and test evidence. The final decision is made after inspection and communication with the customer.
