Estimates & Quotations
Estimates are based on the information available at the time. Additional faults or parts requirements are discussed before authorised work proceeds.

Diagnostics, Authorisation & Communication
Diagnostic charges, repair scope and customer authorisation are explained before work starts. Customers are kept informed of relevant findings and changes.

Deposits, Collection & Storage
Bookings, deposits, vehicle collection, storage and uncollected items are handled according to the arrangements confirmed for the individual job.

Postal Repairs & Customer-Supplied Units
Postal repair requests must be registered accurately and units must be packaged securely. Customer-supplied units and third-party work may affect assessment, compatibility and warranty.
